We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Our Customer Care Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
In case the Customer wish to cancel the Order, the customer should contact our customer care over phone or by email. On receipt & acceptance of the cancellation notice we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the order has not been processed by us. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped out by us.
How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of products in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
When I will get back the amount for the cancelled order?
Once the order is cancelled the refund will be initiated within 2 days and it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by OYCFresh.
I have not got the refunded amount even after 10 days, what I have to do?
You can write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order no. and we will take necessary coordination with our payment gateway & your bank to get back the amount.
